30-day money-back guarantee

If Vidagum is not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send the pack back — opened packs are fine.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a sentence on what did not work. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving it. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. No return needed.

Exchanges

Want a different flavour or size instead? Tell us and we will swap it, charging or refunding only the difference.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship.
